💡【6月1日起，SOCSO / PERKESO 缴纳率调整】
从 2026年6月1日 开始，SOCSO（PERKESO）员工缴纳率将有所调整：
✅ 60岁以下员工
员工缴纳率将从原有的 0.5% 提高至 1.25%，并将在未来5年逐步提升至 1.75%。
✅ 60岁及以上员工
原本无需缴纳的员工，现在需缴纳 0.75%，并将在未来5年逐步提升至 1.25%。
📌 特别注意：
如果您同时拥有超过一位雇主，可以自行选择由哪位雇主代扣代缴这项员工SOCSO供款。

💡 New SOCSO (PERKESO) Contribution Rates Effective 1 June 2026
✅ Employees below 60 years old
Employee contribution rate will increase from 0.5% to 1.25%, and will gradually rise to 1.75% over the next 5 years.
✅ Employees aged 60 and above
Employees who were previously exempted from contributions will now contribute 0.75%, gradually increasing to 1.25% within 5 years.
📌 Good to know:
If you have more than one employer, you may choose which employer will deduct and remit this employee contribution on your behalf.
