Inner Light is a 2 half-day experiential growth group designed for young adults (18–30) to explore emotions, beliefs, and life direction through engaging metaphorical card activities, reflection, and group interaction.

Guided by licensed counsellor, Evelyn Lim Chen Chen, this programme offers a meaningful yet relaxed space for self-discovery, clarity, and personal growth.
