I am a Sport and Exercise Science Honours Degree graduate from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom.
Coaching is not only my profession, but also an outlet for me to reach out to more struggling women. This year will mark the start of my 2nd year in the coaching industry specializing in females. I intend to combine science based practical application with theoretical knowledge acquired in my degree to continually inspire and help women.
