The Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX) 2025 was officially launched today at ECM, Kuantan by YB Datuk Mohammad Fakhruddin Mohd Ariff, Exco Kerajaan Tempatan, Perumahan, Alam Sekitar Dan Teknologi Hijau.
In attendance, Dato' Ahmad Islanizam Bin A. Halim, CEO of Lembaga Perumahan Dan Hartanah Pahang. Also in attendance, Pengurus Besar TNB Pahang, Tuan Affendi Abdul Rahman.

The OC of this MAPEX Pahang is Mr Chin Yun Hsin, committee member from Tunas Capital Sdn Bhd. Rehda Pahang Deputy Chairman Mr. Edwin Ng gave a welcoming speech to all participants and visitors. It was followed by YB Fakhruddin who also gave a press interview after the officiating ceremony.

The four day expo features a wide selection of residential, commercial and industrial properties from leading developers, special financing packages, and expert property advice — all under one roof!
