Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and resolve technical issues for users by e-mail, phone, and other electronic means.

Requirements:
1. 2 years extendable contract
2. Minimum Degree in IT or Engineering discipline
3. Must be able to speak and write professionally in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
4. Only Malaysians are permitted.
