We shall immediately upon receiving proposals and applications for insurance, amendments or renewals, duly completed by our client, forthwith submit the same to AIG for approval; and upon acceptance by AIG, we will forward the relevant insurance policies, cover notes, renewal certificates, endorsements, bonds or guarantees, as the case may be, to the customer. Please note that no cover or policy changes are effective until written confirmation is issued by AIG. We are bound by the relevant internal policies of AIG. AIG will not be responsible for any unauthorised contract and agreement made by Us or any of Our staff, servant, agent or anyone authorised by or through Us. We shall always conduct our insurance business with integrity and honesty, placing the interest of Our clients before Our own interest, make full and adequate disclosure of all facts necessary for Our client to make an intelligent decision, continue to provide after sales service to Our client and their beneficiaries, and observe and comply with all laws, regulations and statutory requirement.
