He is the first and only trainer in Malaysia who received the honour to be appointed by Dr. Richard Bandler (Father and Co-creator of NLP) as Licensed Master Trainer of NLP®. Carsten is trained in NLP by Dr. Bandler personally and is one of Asia's leading experts in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming™ (NLP). Furthermore, he is a Master Coach and Motivational Speaker.
