This class is for anyone wanting to improve their fitness and not ONLY for those training for HYROX.

Strength is nothing if you run out of gas. HYROX Engine is our dedicated session for those who want to turn their body into a high-performance machine.

🫁 Breath Control: You’ll learn the art of respiratory management - learning how to transition from heavy efforts into a run without losing your rhythm.
