We just completed another home defect inspection at United Point Residence in Segambut.

The high rise condominium unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms had the usual defects we see in most new properties; cracks, hollow tiles, incomplete paint work, stains and roughness on walls and ceiling.

We're glad we got to help the owner provide a report they can submit to the developer to get all defects rectified. A great start to the new year.
