Good advice or not?
Saya belajar satu perkara penting tentang kekayaan daripada seorang successful investor.
Kebanyakan orang bekerja kuat untuk cari duit.
Tapi orang yang faham investment, mereka belajar macam mana mahu susun duit supaya duit itu boleh bekerja untuk mereka.
Sebab itu property masih menjadi salah satu aset yang ramai orang pilih untuk bina kekayaan jangka panjang.
Property yang betul boleh bantu hasilkan rental income, naik nilai dari masa ke masa, dan menjadi aset untuk family.
Tapi yang penting, jangan beli property ikut emosi.
Kena tengok nombor.
Kena tengok lokasi.
Kena tengok demand sewa.
Kena ada strategi.
Sebab bukan semua property itu investment yang baik.
Kalau kamu mahu faham macam mana untuk mula bina aset melalui property, boleh PM saya.
