🚨 We're Hiring: Assistant Company Secretary 🚨

🔍 Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Company Secretary. In this role, you'll assist in corporate governance tasks, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the company secretarial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
Maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
Prepare statutory documents and annual returns for submission to SSM.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in a company secretarial firm.
Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MYCOID, and MBRS system; knowledge of Superior Comsec is an added advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills, and a team player.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary based on experience.
