💼 Industry: Logistics/Freight Forwarder
💰 Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate with operations team on shipment status and updates
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
• Prepare basic reports and maintain customer records

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented
