HoPA was honoured to attend the recent press conference for the Charity Jam Session 2026 – Silver Jubilee Edition, a meaningful initiative bringing together the hospitality industry, community leaders, and charitable organisations in support of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), and Food Aid Foundation.

One of the most heartfelt moments during the press conference was the sharing session by Dr. Chuah from PICU UMMC, alongside the distinguished panel members who highlighted the realities faced by critically ill children and the importance of collective community support. Their words served as a powerful reminder that beyond the music and festivities, this initiative carries a deeper mission of hope, care, and compassion.
