Most of them are unaware of the medical claim process through insurance companies and have a misconception it will be approved immediately once having consultation with doctor.
However, it goes through a step by step process until the Guarantee Letter is received.
A Guarantee Letter is a letter of assurance that is offered by the insurer to the hospital confirming that the cost of treatment for the patient will be taken care of by the insurance company
