Follow up with team members, give feedback, and ensure problems are resolved.

Maintain up-to-date team member data and generate activity reports. Ensure proper documentation, recording, and closure of issues.

Support resolution of issues escalated from Tier 1 support staff, working directly with users on timely resolution of issues.

Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

Responsible for answering all customer queries by phone (TalkDesk) and email (SalesForce) in a friendly and efficient manner.
