Today, we concluded the 2-day Water Distribution System Integrity Training Course at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside.

Throughout the session, we explored the concept of system integrity and its direct relationship with Non-Revenue Water (NRW). A key takeaway from the discussion is that every utility operates under unique conditions — and therefore requires its own tailored approach and solutions. This applies to Malaysia as well — what works in other countries may not necessarily work here.

Congratulations to all participants from PAAB, PBAPP, LAP, and AKSB for your active engagement and valuable contributions.
