猜错我的人,
已经排队排到第几位了？

两个月前搬进来的时候,
没人认得我。
都叫我木瓜树。
我没解释。

后来自己开了花,
才算说清楚
我是树菠菜。

马来朋友倒是一眼认出,
笑着喊我
"pokok Ajinomoto"。
味精树。

其实我什么都没加。
只是嫩叶煮熟以后,
自己就鲜甜起来,
带有umami的鲜香。

有人在想用什么代替罗勒的时候,
想到了我。
做成pesto。

现在,
我在M'atural的角落里,
继续被认错。

A designer friend once told me .

🔸 A space can be perfect, and still feel empty.
Not because of the furniture.
Because there's nothing alive in it.

Not flowers. They fade.
Not fake plants. You know the difference.

It's quiet company.
Something with weight, with shape, with a pulse.
You water it. It answers back with a new leaf.

KOKEDAMA — Japanese for "moss ball."
Centuries ago, growers wrapped a plant's roots in soil, then bound it in moss — no pot required.

A branch of bonsai culture.
More playful than a potted plant. Longer-lasting than a bouquet.

One kokedama is enough to make a room breathe.
Desk. Entryway. Dining table.

Wherever it lands, that corner wakes up.

Four plants. Four moods. One technique.

A trailing Schefflera, a feathery Asparagus fern, a silver-dusted Crossostephium， variegated bamboo

Each one wrapped the same way, each one completely its own.

This is what kokedama does: it takes whatever you give it, and makes it sit differently in a room.

Watch it long enough, and you'll catch it moving.

Its leaves fold inward come evening, open again with the morning light .A quiet rhythm that's been called "sleeping" for generations.

一颗会呼吸的苔藓球（Kokedama）
源自日本的盆栽艺术，我们琢磨了10年，在槟城你也能亲手体验。

✨聚会找不到地方？约会怕尴尬冷场？还是单纯想一个人静一静？这里好像都说得通。两个人一起捏泥巴，给树做造型，话题自然就有了；一个人来，靠窗坐着剪剪枝也很自在。

🌱作品完成了了别急着走，我们这边本来就有个绿植空间可以喝咖啡、吃甜点，慢慢坐。
