Samuel Optics was established in 1984 in Penang. Samuel Optics is locally owned and operated by a fully qualified solo practitioner, Samuel Teh. Prior to that, in 1975, Samuel studied optics in England and continued to practise and manage an eyecare centre in Highstreet, London for 7 years.
