🍚 ❗ How to make puffed rice at home with plain rice! ❗ 🍚

Due to the welcoming respond from our previous post we would like to share on how to make puffed rice at home with plain rice!

Craving for some puffed right is it? 😊
Here are the simple steps!

🍚 Step 1 - Soak about 2 cups of rice in warm water and some salt for at least half an hour.

🍚 Step 2 - Strain the rice to remove the water

🍚 Step 3 - Next, heat a pan, check if it's hot and add a bowl of cooking salt in it and cover with lid.

🍚 Step 4 - Stir in intervals till the salt turns very hot and also turns brown in colour.

🍚 Step 5 - Now pour the rice on the bed of salt and stir on high flame till the rice grains start popping and turn into delicious puffed rice!

And you are done!
