Holiday Closure Notice:
Our centre will be closed on Friday, 1st May 2026 in conjunction with Labour Day. We will resume business as usual on Saturday, 2nd May 2026.

As you enjoy your well-earned break, remember to give your eyes a rest too — especially if you're spending time on phones, tablets, or TV. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Small habits go a long way in keeping your vision healthy.
