1. Cat and camel for spine mobility
2. Bird dog/quadraped
3. Side plank
4. Bear crawl
5. Side bear crawl
Beginner-15 - 30 seconds
Intermidiate- 30-60 seconds
Advanced- 1 to 2 mins on each exercise
