You’re not alone — and that’s exactly what this session is for.
Our Deep Water Session helps you build confidence step by step. We start at the shallow side to train your breathing and movement, then gradually move into the deep side once you’re ready.
By the end, deep water won’t feel scary anymore — it will feel freeing. 🏊♀️
Don’t worry, our coach will guide you from A to Z throughout the session.
