Once the right mindset is established and habits are consistently practiced, we then introduce a dieting phase without drastically disrupting the lifestyle we’ve worked to create.

Being an high school footballer, A has always had a passion for living an active lifestyle. Nevertheless, paralysis by analysis is common online so after the introductory learning, we ran an initial 12-week fat loss phase before assessing what improvements to our physique we needed. We then spent 7 months building before running another fat loss phase to get into where we are presently maintianing. Instead of adopting extreme behaviors, we took a focused approach depending on the phases and prioritized living the lifestyle conducive to our goals.
