“It just came from looking around at how men act or even how I was raised. The idea that talking about your feelings to your friends, or professionals about your problems, or even crying, isn’t ‘manly’. There’s sort of a societal expectation that men have to deal with their problems alone and most of them end up taking it out on themselves or others", Maha shares.
