**Effortless Elegance in Living and Culinary Spaces**
In this sleek and sophisticated home, blending modern minimalism with luxurious touches. The living room, designed by Catappa Design Studio, features a plush sofa, an oval marble dining table, and a striking pendant lamp, all bathed in natural light. A glass block wall and built-in shelves add texture and depth.

The dry kitchen continues the theme with a large marble countertop, a two-tone refrigerator, and glass-front cabinets with gold trim, showcasing state-of-the-art appliances and pastel accents. Adjacent, the wet kitchen offers practicality and style, with marble-like countertops, gold accents, and soft pink and white cabinetry. A glass-fronted cabinet and matching kitchen accessories complete this cohesive, inviting space, creating a harmonious blend of form and function.

**Stylish Guest Room with Built-In Pantry**
This guest room blends modern design with functionality, featuring a bed with crisp white bedding near a window draped with sheer curtains. A frosted glass partition offers privacy without compromising openness. The built-in pantry includes a marble-like countertop, sleek drawers, and open shelves, enhanced by a small potted plant. A grey upholstered chair with gold accents serves as a workspace and dining area, with conveniently placed electrical outlets. The design epitomises contemporary comfort and efficiency.
