Please be informed that Cyber Cafe industry belongs to economic sector, therefore allowed to operate during this MCO subject to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by the government.

Latest update! After submitting approval letter issued by MKN to Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya (local government) as references, please be informed we had now received official approval letter from MPAJ for resuming Cyber Cafes businesses during this MCO period. MPAJ handle this issue very well, we hope other Local Government can ref from MPAJ for their very efficient respond.

* Attachment is the official approval letter issued to us by MPAJ.
All Cyber Cafes from another states/district are advised to consult with respective local government regarding any new updates on the SOP for resuming Cyber Cafes business during this MCO/CMCO period.

最新消息！当我们提交了国家安全理事会所提供的批准信给当地政府MPAJ后，MPAJ地方政府用非常惊人的速度就审核并回信告知所有在MPAJ区域内网咖在行动管制令/有条件行动管制令地区的网咖都可以正式恢复营业.

*以下附件是当地政府MPAJ所提供给我们公会的的批准信。来自其他州属/县的网咖业者在恢复营业前建议与当地政府协商以更了解最新的网咖营业SOP.

Setelah menghantar surat kelulusan rasmi dari MKN kepada Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya sebagai rujukan, harap maklum bahawa kami telah menerima surat kelulusan rasmi daripada MPAJ yang membenarkan Kafe Siber untuk kembali operasi dalam tempoh PKP/PKPB ini. MPAJ menangani masalah ini dengan amat baik, kami berharap Kerajaan Tempatan yang lain dapat merujuk kepada cara MPAJ yang amat cekap ini.

*Sila merujuk lampiran di bawah untuk surat kelulusan rasmi kepada kita dari MPAJ.Semua Kafe Siber dari negeri/daerah lain dinasihatkan supaya merujuk kepada Majlis Perbandaran masing-masing mengenai sebarang SOP yang baru sebelum kembali operasi perniagaan dalam tempoh PKP/PKPB ini.
