🏋️动作: 手伸肌与肩伸肌拉伸

1️⃣-站直。双脚与肩同宽.

2️⃣-右臂向前伸直并伸出手掌,用左手握住右手.

3️⃣-右手掌平稳地向身体方向回拉.

4️⃣-保持这个姿势15-20秒,然后慢慢恢复到起始姿势.

5️⃣-重复进行,直到完成设定的次数.
然后换左臂重复相同动作.

警告‼️
⭕️平静、规律地呼吸,在任何情况下,都不要屏住呼吸.
⭕️平稳地做每一个动作,并且要非常留心,避免撕裂肌肉或韧带
