With its headquarters in Alor Setar, Kedah it now has a branch in Tanah Merah, Kelantan and it also owns 3 core veneer production sites around peninsular Malaysia, producing core veneer to feed the requirements for both the headquarters and the branch. Presently, the production capacity is over 18,000m3 per month but we plan to hit 25,000m3 in 2018. Bhd., the first Oriented Strand Board (OSB) producer in Southeast Asia. PioneerOSB has invested more than USD 65 million to set up the most advanced OSB production facilities with technology from Dieffenbacher, Germany. With a daily capacity of 700m3 and yearly capacity of 220,000m3, PioneerOSB is ready to meet the growing demand for greater value and performance wood panels in the construction, furniture and DIY sectors. Currently, we have a total of 1,800 workers now a 24-hour day in 2 shifts but the workforce will be increased as and when necessary.
