A newly renovated and fully furnished private double storey - bungalow comprising 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 washrooms, living hall, kitchen, fruit garden, huge outdoor entertainment with BBQ and etc. Four exclusive private parking bays within the house compound.

Strategically located in a quiet location 4 km from Alor Star City and close to amenities and places of attractions, restaurants, famed Jalan Putra hawker street food, etc.
