LPET

LPET has a Letter of No Objection (LNO) from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) complying with the regulations in section 21 CFR 177.1630 confirming the capability of LPET’s process to produce PCR-PET material that is suitable for food contact. The PCR-PET material is intended for use at levels of up to 100% recycled content in manufacture of thermoformed trays for holding fresh produce at room temperature and below.
