The last few months have been insane. To heal my gut/body/skin, I dove headfirst into the deepest catharsis portal of my life (will share more later).

A lot has shifted internally, so I had a photoshoot with Daniel Sun to celebrate the rebirth.

Usually I go into shoots with an idea of how I want to be seen- "goddessy priestess vibes* "empowered coach* "wild woman" etc.

Not this time.

I felt so anchored in who l am and what I embody that I just wanted to be ME.

Nothing to show, nothing to prove, just being myself as fully as can be.

I’ve been in Tulum exactly a week and already met some amazing people, reconnected with old friends, and experienced lots of synchronicities!

All I can say is for now, it feels right.

I’m no longer ashamed if my love isn’t returned. 👑

I let my heart crack open deeper and deeper with every heartbreak.

Because my capacity for love is mine. And someone else’s capacity for love is theirs.

I used to block the love as a protective mechanism. I’d withhold my heart if someone couldn’t meet me in my depth.

But holding back my love is just too painful. Even though the pain of unrequited love is vast, the pain of blocking the love is unbearable.

So I’m letting myself cry, scream, yell, feel the depths of disappointment, devastation, and despair…

And I’m letting it transmute into the purest most boundless ruthless exquisite Love for myself I’ve ever known.

I love to love. And I’m so good at it!

Soon someone will have the courage to let his own heart be blasted open by my Love.

We will meet in the Truth of who we are, and we will create massive waves across this planet together, reminding the world…

It’s safe to Love.

Until then, I choose to feel everything. Because feeling through my heart, even the hardest feelings, moving and releasing, it’s the most alive! And aliveness feels so fu***ng good!
