💆🏽♀️ Tener como ideal la imagen del bienestar total: Swastha. Esto se logra solamente cuando el cuerpo, mente y espíritu están en equilibrio y conectados. Si uno de ellos está en desequilibrio, el cuerpo lo comunicará con algún malestar o enfermedad.
💆🏽♀️ Para eliminar los desbalances en el cuerpo, se atiende la verdadera causa del problema y no solamente el síntoma.

✨ 5 ELEMENTS RECIPE: Butter Chicken ✨
🇮🇳 This recipe, originated from Northern India, is one of the most popular curries at any Indian restaurant around the world. We hope you enjoy it!
🍽️ We start with an easy yogurt marinade: plain yogurt, fresh garlic and ginger, and easy to find spices: garam masala, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and salt, are all you need for a delicious sauce. As for the meat, you can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts.
🍗 First, mix your yogurt marinade together
🍗 Marinate chicken for 20 minutes or overnight (the longer it marinates, the more tender your chicken will be)
🍗 Sear chicken in a skillet or pan. Keep those charred bits on the pan to make your sauce. Browned bits = + flavour!
🍗 Finally, make your curry sauce in the same skillet.
The most important thing for making authentic butter chicken is the sauce. To make it, you only need an onion, a can of crushed tomatoes, garlic and ginger, and some added spices.
The trick to making a perfecr sauce? Let the tomatoes cook off for at least 10-15 minutes, until they are almost dry on your pan. You can add in a bit of water if it dries too early.
🍚 Then, blend until smooth and add in your cream (heavy whipping cream or thickened cream). If you want a richer sauce, add a couple tablespoons of ghee right at the end, letting it melt through the sauce before serving. This dish goes great with basmati rice or naan bread!
