I've spent over 7 years coaching and teaching about the subconscious mind, the science of human potential, ancient spiritual wisdom, and how we can make these grand teachings practical so we can use them in our modern lives.

I've guided thousands of people to heal and transform subconscious limitations, and for the past two years, I've certified coaches and healers in subconscious mind coaching modalities through my proprietary subconscious coach certification training.

After going through one of my first dark nights of the soul in high school, I became obsessed with the mind, human behavior, and the subtleties of how reality works. This passion led me directly to what controls 95% of our lives, the subconscious mind. Very early on I started down the path of exploring my own subconscious mind, and began coaching as soon as I was certified to do so at 23. Almost eight years later and I'm more passionate about this work than ever.

I discovered early on that the barrier between where a person currently is and their ability to live a life of freedom, inner peace, health, love, wealth, and joy, is whatever they have stored in their subconscious mind. So I dedicated my life to helping people free themselves from constraints that hold them back.

I actually laughed out loud... My client’s eyes widened and he said “it’s crazy- humans- we don’t know how we work” 😅

One reason why it was so funny is because he’s funny

The next, is that it was the EXACT response I had when I first started doing subconscious mind work

It’s one thing to learn about the subconscious. Maybe to hear how the subconscious controls 95% of our lives. And how we aren’t consciously aware of what’s in the subconscious. Meaning we just do what we do, and we aren’t aware of what learned perceptions in our subconscious are causing us to do what we do.

It’s one thing to learn about this stuff…

And it’s a totally different thing to do subconscious mind work, to learn how to become aware of what’s in there, and to learn how to actually change the subconscious limiting programs that are running 95% of our lives.

When we shift a subconscious limitation the amount of freedom we feel is hard to describe.

But clients are often like how my client and I both felt, sort of like, WTF how did I not know this before?!

Clients share how colors become brighter, people seem different in their lives, that the puzzle pieces of their lives immediately shift, and how amazing they feel.

Some laugh in such freedom at how this state of being was always available. And eyes widen in wonder at how it was always within them waiting to be accessed

Subconscious work is an incredible process that guides us to acknowledging the divinity within us that we now get to function from instead of functioning from the old learned subconscious limitations.

How I’ll be explaining the double slit experiment from here on out in my trainings 🤣

Back in the Yucatán, here at the site of Coba

Coba - “Where the wind stirs the waters”

Last time I visited here, I swam in a private virgin cenote sitting to the west of this site, and facing directly in front of where this pyramid faces. A cenote seen as the bridge to the underworld.

When I went to the cenote, I gave my offerings & asked for permission, yet the waters still rocked my nervous system.

And as ancient traditions teach, it was a clearing & calibration of my nervous system that was needed.

This time around, I came to the actual Coba ruins.

I sat here meditating with 3 powerful sisters & remembered a beautiful lesson the mayan wisdom keeper who brought us to her cenote taught us 👇🏼

She shared how the site of Coba once activated women so powerfully, that it terrified men. For a time they made this sit e off limits for women to go to.

What I find interesting is the origin of the name & something Monica and I recently shared in our live about the solstice.

See, John the Baptist (representing the crown & the + charge on the top of our head) was born on the summer solstice

Jesus (representing the waters & the - charge on the bottom of our perineum) was born on the winter solstice

And John is quoted stating “christ must rise and I must fall” the + (heavens) within us must fall down the system & the - (fluids at the base of the spine) must rise

And, this site right here, a site said to activate women so powerfully that it terrified the men?! Could it be that women’s kundalini were spontaneously activating when this site was at its peak & fully charged?!

I wonder…

As the four of us women meditated on the visuals of the game of ascension in the ball court (true meaning of the ball court) guides came by and lit sage around us as they passed us

Afraid?

Perhaps 😜

A little fun story of magic. One day I hope to have a platform where I can share the truth of the mysteries & magic that unfold as I travel through these sites.

For now, only pieces, only glimpses, only quickly jumbled together captions trying to express some of the miracles that occur.

For now, the only way to get a real taste is to join us as we travel along 💛🌹

Honoring the deep spiritual wisdom of the past, immersed in the best science of today, and letting them dance together to write the new heart-centered story of what it is to be the walking miracles we are

These foundations underly every teaching. It’s who I am & what I do. And I love it.

But it hasn’t always been an easy ride

When I look back over the past 7 years, I can see sacrifice after sacrifice where I chose my soul mission over everything

I left men I thought I’d marry because of a hunch that it wasn’t aligned with my mission. I left friendships, cities, “good” jobs, family. I retreated to solitude again & again to immerse myself in studies with very little human connection

And I messed up, a lot

I hurt friends during my metamorphosis 

I was a bad employee to good people & failed at many attempts at starting businesses

I fell victim to manipulative people & believed in things that were smoke-shows

I wasn’t ever perfect before, I’m not perfect now, & I continue to learn as I go

And I wouldn’t have it any other way

It all led me to doing what my soul came here to do

And now, on this weird world of Instagram, I come on here often & teach because it’s what I’m here to do

I don’t tell much of my past, yet people often ask about my journey & how I got here

And always wonder about that question- Is it asked because people want to hear that they can do it too?

I think so…

So, if I can, I usually spend a moment to listen to THAT person tell me their story

And, without fail, when they take a moment to look back & tell the truth of their story, I get to witness a miracle before my eyes

I see that person come alive again through remembering the triumph of what it is to be them

I see a light beam through their eyes & see hearts full of possibility

And I get the gift of seeing them remember the walking legends they are

I’m always left in awe of that human

I fall in love with all of them & the great story of what it is to be them

Every human here is a waking legend- including you

Some stories are just getting started, some wrapping to a close. Each one filled with gold
