📢 NOW HIRING – Legal Intake Assistant / Receptionist
| Veteran Law Firm Campaign
📍 On-Site – Zona Río, Tijuana

🗓 Training Starts:
✅ Tuesday, Feb 24 @ 9:00 AM
✅ Monday, March 2 @ 9:00 AM

⏰ Schedule (Mon–Fri | Weekends Off):
• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Earnings & Pay:
• First 30 days: $5,300 MXN/week before taxes
• After 30 days: Up to $5,500 MXN/week before taxes (attendance & punctuality bonuses included)
• Uncapped commissions after 30 days:
💵 $5,000 – $15,000 MXN/month
• Total monthly earnings:
💸 $27,000 – $38,000 MXN before taxes*

🎯 Retention Bonuses:
• $2,500 MXN at 6 months
• $2,500 MXN at 12 months

🧾 Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Initial Client Contact & Screening:
Handle inbound calls and conduct structured interviews to gather case facts, timelines, involved parties, and insurance details to determine case eligibility.
• Data Management & Record Keeping:
Accurately enter and maintain client information in Salesforce and legal case management systems.
• Onboarding & Documentation:
Prepare and send retainer agreements and intake forms; follow up with clients to obtain required documentation.
• Client Communication & Support:
Provide empathetic, professional communication to often distressed clients while explaining next steps.
• Administrative Support:
Assist with scanning, filing, and correspondence as needed.

📋 Requirements:
• Must be able to work on-site
• Advanced English proficiency (speak, read, write, and comprehend)
• Minimum call center experience, preferably in customer support and/or intake services
• Must pass in-house hiring process, including tests and background checks
• Required Mexican hiring documentation (physical copies):
• Valid INE
• Birth Certificate
• RFC
• CURP
• Updated Constancia Fiscal
• Home electric bill
