REQUIREMENTS:

✅Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
✅Must speak and write perfect English; native English speaker preferred.
✅Call center experience a must; telephone sales experience preferred.
✅Must be good with people and building relationships, proven service attitude.
✅Career developer and quick learner.
✅Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented; highly analytical.
✅Ability to work independently, self-motivated and strong time-management skills.
✅Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
✅Must enjoy and work well in team environments; experience with coordinating tasks and managing projects.
✅Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport.

ACTIVITIES:

☎️Perform outbound calls; be driven to make cold calls, and follow up as required until appointment is secured.
☎️Manage inbound calls; follow up with leads and clients to achive goals.
💡Manage and track activities to determine conversion for contacts to appointments and other key metrics.
⌨🔀Tracking activites: follow-up attempts with notes on each conversation to input these into the team’s database for tracking and update purposes.
💻🖥Attend a weekly call and take notes of main points.
