There are times when I feel less like a magical fairy and more like a bag of sand. 🤕
Today is one of those days.
When my body is either going through a very dense energetic shift with yummy upgrades or just healing from some kind of virus or bacteria. Maybe heatstroke? 🤔☀️
The thing is I have some clues as to what’s going on, but I am never quite sure (especially since my awakening). Are these ascension symptoms or just a random cold?
The truth is, we can never know for sure what’s happening. Or at least not yet. And there is such a beauty in not knowing! 💙
What we can do is trust that we (mind heart and body) have an exquisite wisdom when it comes to healing. We’re always guided to what our body needs in the moment.
We are so freaking powerful. To heal. To rest. To create our reality. To give up the fight. And love. 💕

Today marks one year since my spiritual awakening. And I’m celebrating it with who was the one to be there with me in July 2021 and ‘hold my hand’ while it happened.
🧚🏼♀️ At that moment, I knew my dream was to help humanplus become the organization that it’s intended to be. At that moment, I understood the mission and the vision on a way deeper, spiritual level. But I’ve never felt worthy enough to be taking on such a role. And now, one year later, and after so much healing and growth, at my anniversary, we decided to celebrate (with a ceremony) me joining the company as a “spiritual better half”, meta partner, late co-founder, energetic world-bridger, or any other term that quite frankly we haven’t figured out yet and it doesn’t matter.
🧞♀️ The point is that our connection and the mission we have together is bigger than us. The process of coming together after this one year has been nothing short of magical and divine. For me, it’s a dream come true- a dream I never dared to dream.
🪄Actually help manifest a company that aims to show you how business and spirituality go hand in hand. An organization that shows you that things can and should be different, much more aligned, much more playful and at ease, much more magical. The way you create, the way you collaborate, the way you live, love and express, can be DIFFERENT. We co-create the “rules” of the new world, together with you. We realize that we can’t do it alone and hence built a community that comes up with new ways of living, new success metrics, new terms for spirituality, new paradigms of how growth looks like.
‼️We didn’t wake up for no reason, we didn’t have these extraordinary experiences, or feel so different from the rest, just to try again and again to fit in. NO!! We’re more aware than others in order to show the way.

My heart is FULL of gratitude for all the souls that helped me grow and compassionately see all parts of myself this year, the ones that provided comfort and the ones that gave me though love. I’m grateful for all the joyful moments, the hard nights, the new soul connections, the painful breakdowns, all the longing and passion, the moments of despair and the moments of bliss. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! Challenging as hell but fun.
So excited for 2022!! 🧚🏼♀️
