We’re excited to introduce our upcoming session, “My Body Belongs to Me – My Voice Matters.”

This is a fun, interactive and age-appropriate session designed to help children (5–10 years) understand body safety, confidence, and how to speak up.

As always, our goal at GEM is to equip our children with knowledge that protects, empowers and builds their confidence in everyday situations.

This workshop is designed to turn those everyday frustrations into life lessons. Through fun games, role-plays, and hands-on practice, your child will learn:
- Proper hygiene and bathing during puberty
- Toilet etiquette and respect for shared spaces
- Responsibility for belongings — clothes, notebooks, and school items
- Empathy, kindness, and helping others without delay
- Good manners — greeting elders, saying “please” and “thank you,” respecting homes and friendships
-Healthy phone use and boundaries

No lectures — just interactive activities that make learning stick!

We’re still smiling from our last session with the teens (13–16/17)… what a powerful time it was. Real conversations, growth, and young people opening up in such beautiful ways.

This coming Saturday, 11th April, it’s now time for our 11–12 year olds
The "Tween" years matter as this is where confidence is shaped and responsibility begins.

And let’s be honest- at this age, many are still struggling with the basics:
- Clothes left lying around
- Books everywhere
- No sense of order or ownership yet

That’s exactly why this space is important.

We will be guiding them in a practical, loving way to grow in responsibility, self-awareness, and daily habits that will shape who they become.
