The African Union Commission, led by H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, mourns the passing of H.E. Manuel Domingos Augusto, former Minister of External Relations of Angola and a dedicated Pan-Africanist. The AU extends its sincere condolences to the Government and people of Angola, and honors his lasting contribution to Africa.
