Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
Regularly communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our plots.

- Site Visits:
Accompany customers to our sites, showcasing available plots and highlighting key features to persuade them to make a purchase.

- Sales Follow-Up: Maintain continuous follow-up with customers to ensure timely payments and address any queries or concerns.

- Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Promotion:
Utilize various marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, etc.) to promote our plots and services.

- Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant qualifications, degree is an added advantage
- License: Valid driving license
- Motorbike license an added advantage

- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong marketing skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Availability:
Willing to work on Sundays and flexible hours as needed
