There’s nothing quite as refreshing as a fresh fruit salad. Loaded with antioxidants and nutrients, this Maldivian fresh fruit salad is the perfect way to reload your nutrition’s.

Ingredients
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup rockmelon cubes
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
1/2 cup peeled oranges. cut into pieces
1/2 cup apple cubes
1/2 cup strawberries, halved
1/4 cup black grapes, halved
1/4 cup green grapes, halved
1 tbsp honey for drizzling
3 to 4 mint leaves for the garnish
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.
2. Drizzle the honey on top.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and refrigerate till use. Serve chilled.
