Ginger Bakes

Throwback to 2020, when I made my very first gingerbread house! As a kid, I was always amazed by gingerbread houses, their charm, the cozy vibes, and the little details that made them feel like something out of a fairytale. I don’t celebrate Christmas, but the magic of these creations always spoke to me, so I decided to bring my childhood fascination to life.

I poured so much love into this, and while it didn’t turn out as perfect as I’d hoped (the photos didn’t either), it holds a special place in my heart because it marked a little dream come true.

I’ve been seeing so many beautiful gingerbread houses lately, and it reminded me to share mine with you all. I’d hoped to make another this year, but it’s been such a busy season with orders and life.

Been whipping up this cake for a while now, and it’s always a hit! I made this Triple Lindt Chocolate cake for my husband’s birthday- it’s his all-time favorite! Plus, it’s been flying off the shelves as the best seller for the past few months!

Moist chocolate cake layers, loaded with Lindt chocolate cream cheese frosting and Lindt double chocolate chunks. Whole cake is cloaked in rich chocolate ganache, with a touch of edible gold leaf for that extra glam! If you’re as crazy about Lindt chocolate as we are, this cake is an absolute dream come true!
