🪸 The Story of a Coral Baby – Part 1

Coral reefs protect our islands and support incredible marine life. But warming oceans are putting them at risk.

After the full moon, corals release eggs and s***m in a magical event called coral spawning. In places like Australia, many corals spawn all at once. In the Maldives, it happens over several nights.

Scientists can collect this spawn to grow baby corals and help restore reefs.
