Position:

* Game Zone Attendant / Customer Service Officer

Location: Dragon Zone Main Branch

Number of Positions: 02

 

Compensation:

Full-Time Probation: MVR. 5000 /-

After Probation: MVR 8,000 - 17,000 (including incentives and allowances)

Full Time Working Hours (Shift Duty 8 Hours - Negotiable):

Shift 1: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

 

Part-time Probation: MVR. 3500 /-

After Probation: MVR 6,000 - 10,000 + (including incentives and allowances)

Part Time Working Hours (Shift Duty 6 Hours - Negotiable):

Shift 1: 2:00 am - 8:00 pm

Shift 2: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

 

Should be able to Work on Fridays & Saturdays. 

Age should be minimum 20 to 40
 

General Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:

-Manage bookings for our gaming zones via hotline and social media channels.

-Ensure game zones and equipment are prepared before confirmed customer arrivals.

-Brief customers on gaming guidelines and equipment usage.

-Supervise and monitor customers during gaming sessions.

-Set up and customize gaming zones for event bookings.

-Create engaging marketing materials for social media promotion.

-Maintain a professional appearance.

- decent and Friendly personality.

- Should be physically fit enough to stand atleast 3 Hours.

Age should be minimum 20 to 40
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- GCE O Levels.

- Experience in a related field is an added advantage.

- Fluent in Dhivehi and English. Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
