The Board of Directors of Mashonaland Holdings Limited declared a final dividend of US$230,000.00 amounting to 0.0136 US cents per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about the 30th of May 2025, to shareholders registered in the books of the company at the close of business on 23 May 2025.
