Liquid Intelligent Technologies South Africa has connected 45 public schools in KwaZulu-Natal, bringing reliable internet access to learners and educators in Umlazi and Pinetown. This milestone takes our national connectivity programme to 65% completion, marking meaningful progress in closing South Africa’s digital divide.
With each school receiving high-speed connectivity, students can now access online learning resources, while educators are equipped with the tools to enhance teaching and collaboration in the classroom.
This rollout forms part of our broader commitment to connect 298 public service institutions across South Africa, with 194 already connected. As we continue to expand, we remain focused on delivering reliable infrastructure that supports inclusive education and long-term digital growth.
Connectivity is more than access - it’s a catalyst for opportunity.

With capabilities including AI experimentation environments and industry-specific platforms for sectors like financial services, healthcare, and retail, the centre is designed to unlock real business value.
More than a facility, it’s an innovation hub that brings together partners, enterprises, startups, and the public sector to co-create solutions, accelerate AI adoption, and drive job creation across the continent.
