Sales Assistant, cashier and marketer who will provide general assistance to customers at its shops situated at LE MORNE.

Candidates applying should live in the vincity of Souillac, Le Morne, La Gaulette, Flic en Flac, Bambous, Tamarin, Black River, Bel Ombre, Chemin Grenier.

Key Responsibilities (sales assistance):

1. Promote sales activities of the department and contribute in achieving sales objectives.
2. Manage display of products on shelves and ensure stock replenishment at all times.
3. Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks associated with the sale of products.

Key Responsibilities (Cashier):

1. Posting and allocation of receipts on the system
2. Follow up of queries with internal and external parties
3. Perform responsibilities of cashier (cash collection & banking)
4. Processing cash, debit card and credit card transactions using POS
5. Issue receipts, refunds and change to guests
6. Ensure proper filing of documents
7. Maintaining a clean workspace
8. Any other duties as may be requested by Management

Candidate profile:

1. Minimum Qualifications: SC/ HSC
2. 1-2 years experience in similar position
3. Good literacy, numeracy and IT literate
4. Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all requests in a timely manner
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
7. Outgoing personality, with outstanding customer orientation
8. A clean certificate of character is a must (cashier only)
9. Keen to develop and learn new skills
10. Well groomed
11. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
12. Knowledge of product, lines and colors (one month training will be provided)
