Stab freeze to flare.
This is a good drill to increase control, stamina and strength endurance.
Once you can do one round of flare, you can start practice this exercise and make your flare cleaner and eventually get more strength to do more rounds.
Training by yourself can take you months, even years to perform 5rounds of these. However if you have a well defined program by a good coach, 3 to 6 months is enough to start doing combos.
