Our installation created for Form grew from a single idea:

This collection evokes maturity and strength — flavors that are dense, profound, touched with shadow and character.
• Blackcurrant with Crème de Cassis in a duet of milk and dark chocolate — berry with a secret: fresh acidity balanced by a deep liqueur note.
• Apricot with saffron in white cream, wrapped in dark chocolate — oriental sweetness lit by golden fire.
• Lavender with berries in dark chocolate — striking brightness that fills the taste with depth and vigor.
• Romeo y Julieta cigar with lapsang souchong tea and whisky — an echo of Churchill’s pleasures: smoke, tea, alcohol, and chocolate merging into a mature, masculine chord.

Chocolate does not begin with sweetness.

Its journey is longer than sea roads and deeper than jungles.

It begins with an ancient tree, millions of years old.
Its flowers grow straight from the bark — as if defying life itself.
And only a tiny midge, stubborn and faithful, grants the tree its fruit.

The cacao pod is heavy, ribbed, like a stone that hides a white, sweet heart.
Inside — the beans, the future voice of chocolate.

When the pulp and beans are left under the sun, nature begins its secret work.
Wild yeasts and bacteria turn sweetness into the aromas of wine, tropical fruit, and blossoms.
This is fermentation. Here, flavor is born.

The sun dries. The wind completes.
The fire of roasting reveals character — from gentle nutty to austere smoky.

Thus appear cacao nibs — the core of strength.
They are ground into cocoa mass — thick, dark, like the night itself.

Joined with cocoa butter and cane sugar, it becomes chocolate.
Smooth. Crisp. True.

And its summit — the truffle.
A soft ganache within, a thin shell without.
A moment where the entire journey of the tree meets the human soul.
