One of the reasons for training is to keep your body healthy, nutrition is key for hormonal balances and efficacy. As a life long trainer I have lived through injuryβs and daily aches and pains, it part of it πͺπ½πͺπ½ But if you get an internal ache get it checked out do not wait!! Physically you may be fine but this type of pain drags you down, slows you up, reduces focus and concentration π So get it checked out !!!
