Are you passionate about technology and providing outstanding customer service? MobileFix Malta is looking for a motivated and friendly Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Qormi. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in the success of our operations by assisting with repair inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Schedule repair appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Assist in the sales of products and accessories, offering recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
Previous experience in customer service or front office roles is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- Ability to multi-task and handle busy situations with patience and professionalism.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach.
